Entry requirements were as follows: * You need to have a US shipping address. * You must follow @MSFTWEB on Twitter (so we can DM you) and you must tweet using the #SYNC5 hash tag. The winner’s names were posted on twitter and they sent direct messages to them on details of their addresses.(See Appendix 10) Even though Ford had partnered with Microsoft, they did not promote the competition enough for customers to know about it. Ford motors also uses celebrities to promote their products through the social media, Recently Formula one race drive Ken Block tweeted about Fords new product the Ford ST which is expected to be in the market in the near future (See Appendix 11). Ken Block has 201,350 followers which are more than Ford motors followers, this means he is able to reach out to more people and increase awareness of the new product. The biggest risk Ford has taken with social networking was in 2010. Ford became the first car manufacturer to unveil a new model via Facebook rather than a car show, (Brad Insight, 2011a). 2.3 . The ABCs of Teaching Affirmations for Teachers

Teaching is a dynamic, rewarding, and challenging career, but some days can test the mettle of even the most passionate teachers. One strategy for banishing negativity from your job outlook is to use positive affirmations. This uplifting list of affirmations can brighten your spirit and be a reminder of all the things you love about teaching. A I am adventurous. I want my students to come to class wondering what adventure we will have today.   I am constantly searching for ways to engage my students, to make learning fun, and avoid the status quo.I am aware.
